Add your first video lessons

Open the class editor and choose Video Lessons. The Curriculum panel contains your lesson order; the selected lesson appears in the editing area.

Create a lesson

Choose Add lesson, or Add your first lesson if the class is empty.
On Video, enter a Lesson title.
Select a video from a connected account or paste its supported iframe into Video embed code. A normal video-page URL is not an iframe embed.
Set the duration using Hours, Minutes, and Seconds. Check the value even if selecting a video filled it in.
Add content using Lesson text, Action Items, Links, and Downloads as needed.

Changes save as you work. Watch the toolbar for Saving changes… and then All changes saved. You can also choose Save changes. Do not navigate away while saving or uploading.

Arrange the class

Select a lesson in Curriculum to edit it. Drag a lesson's handle to reorder it, or use its up and down arrows. On a smaller screen, use Current lesson to change lessons and Arrange lessons to show the ordering controls.

Start with a manageable sequence. The editor organizes individual lessons; you do not need to create modules or sections first.

Preview before sharing

Use Preview Course after adding the first lesson. Check the video, text, links, and downloads. Keep the class in Draft until it is ready.

If a lesson shows Needs attention, select it and read the error. For a failed or conflicting save, copy any unsaved work somewhere safe and reload before continuing. Do not assume the toolbar's local content reached the server.
