Get help with a problem
Gather useful details, contact TeachKit support, or ask a class instructor about their content.
Start with the guide for the task you are trying to finish. If you still need help, include enough detail for someone to reproduce the problem.
Choose who to contact
- For a lesson explanation, missing promised materials, or a class purchase refund, contact the class instructor. A paid class is sold by its instructor through their connected Stripe account.
- For a TeachKit sign-in, page error, or account problem, use Contact Support.
- For a product suggestion, use Feature Requests in the workspace or the TeachKit request board.
Send a support request
- Sign in and open Contact in the Help navigation, or use the Contact Support link above.
- Choose a Topic, such as I found a bug, I need technical support, or I need help with my account.
- Paste the affected class or page address into Relevant URL, when applicable.
- In Details, explain what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. Include the visible error text, your browser, device, and the approximate time of the problem.
- Choose Send. Wait for Your request has been sent. before leaving the page. If an error appears, your request has not been confirmed; keep your details and try again.
Do not include sign-in codes, API keys, payment-card information, or other people's private records. If you share a screenshot, crop it to the relevant control and hide private information.
Report feedback from the workspace
Choose Send feedback in the top bar. Select a topic, write your feedback, optionally select a mood, and choose Send Feedback. Wait for Thanks for your feedback!. On mobile, the feedback form is available in the open navigation.
Feedback helps explain a product issue, but it does not change a class, process a refund, or complete an account action for you.
Before you retry an action
If you are unsure whether a purchase or save succeeded, check the class, receipt, or current page state first. Repeating a payment is not a good way to resolve missing access. For a missing class after checkout, use the learning guides.
